Utilities
Electricity and gas connections are typically arranged before move-in. Contact your chosen supplier to set up accounts in your name. ESB Networks handles electricity connections, while Gas Networks Ireland manages gas supply.

Broadband
Several broadband providers serve the Heron's Lock area. Compare packages for fibre, cable, or wireless options depending on your address.

Parking
Each home includes designated parking spaces. Visitor parking is available in designated areas. Please do not park on footpaths or block estate roads.
- Resident parking permits issued by management company

- No overnight parking on estate roads
Waste Collection
Bin collection schedules are managed by the local authority. Please use the correct bins on collection days and store bins out of sight when not in use.
- General waste — weekly collection
- Recycling — fortnightly collection

- Bring banks available locally for glass and textiles
